I just wanted to point out that I'm very surprised that last year, "Bread and Roses" by Ken Loach had been totally ignored by the critics and professionals. I think it's agreat film which would have diserved to receive awards.

If you haven't seen this film, rent it now. If you've seen it already, watch it again. Bergman's allegory about death and the meaning of life is one of the great achievements in cinematic history. Wonderful imagery, great performances by all the actors, and even moments of dark humor. Does anyone else out there love this film as much as I do?
